Dieu.

Hi Cherie!
Loved reading your chapters. I found it very captivating and wanted to read more. The only thing, I thought the line "Unfamiliar happiness bubbled up like a fountain of French champagne" was so strong that you could finish the chapter with it...the bit about the attention of men requires its own chapter...because it is interesting too. Anyway, keep on writing! Un abrazo from Australia

Hi Cherie,
I loved the great detail that immediately put my mind to work visualizing each scene. Perhaps a typo... "To me the apartment were very French" to my ear called for either apartmentS or WAS, or it's a construction that I am unfamiliar with.. I was sorry when my free preview was over

Thanks to you who left comments! They mean a lot to me. Merci a PJ, Michelle, DIEU!

Walt, thanks also for the typo pickup--you are correct and it's been fixed.

What do you think of the painting for the cover?
